Mila Kunis celebrates Cosmo cover and host bourbon tasting

Golden Globe nominee Mila Kunis suited up on Thursday to celebrate covering the August edition of Cosmopolitan at Hearst Tower in Manhattan’s Midtown district.

The Bad Mom’s Christmas star – turning 35 next month – paired her blue-plaid pantsuit with a copper blouse and blue-suede pumps selected by stylist Rob Zangardi.

Make-up artist Tracey Levy brought out the striking hazel eyes of the Ukrainian-born beauty, who came to the States, age 7, on a religious refugee visa.

And hairstylist Renato Campora coiffed the waves in Kunis’ angular raven bob.

Mila (born Milena) was at the magazine’s headquarters to host a screening of her next movie, The Spy Who Dumped Me, also starring SNL scene stealer Kate McKinnon.

The busy mother-of-two plays Audrey, an LA woman thrust unexpectedly into an international conspiracy, in Susanna Fogel’s action-comedy hitting US theaters August 3 and UK theaters August 22.

The screening and Q&A coincided with a Jim Beam tasting alongside Cosmo Editor-In-Chief Michele Promaulayko.

The UCLA drop out has been a global partner of the 223-year-old Kentucky bourbon brand (bought by Suntory Holdings in 2014) for the last five years.

‘There’s an emptiness in the market for females promoting brown spirits,’ Kunis told Forbes last October.

‘I see women promoting wine and ultra-feminine drinks, and I think whiskey is not any less feminine. I wanted to open that door and say it’s okay for women to order a whiskey and be just as empowered as if she ordered a Cosmo.’

Missing from Mila’s side Thursday was her husband of three years, The Ranch’s Ashton Kutcher, with whom she has two children – daughter Wyatt Isabelle, 3; and son Dimitri Portwood, 20 months.

‘I genuinely don’t know what’s written about me, other than I know that I’m pregnant about once a year and my husband and I are getting a divorce once a year,’ she lamented to Cosmo.

‘I know this because I go down the grocery store aisle, and I see it on the cover of magazines and I’m like, “Oh boy, okay!” The only thing that’s upsetting is my parents and my grandparents sometimes get confused.’

The Jupiter Ascending stunner continued: ‘At one point when I was pregnant, [the tabloids] said that I had an emergency and was rushed to the hospital, and my face was on the cover.

‘The amount of stress that caused my family, nobody will understand. Although my dad is always very hopeful that the pregnancies are true. He’s always like, “Is there really another?”‘

That same day, the 40-year-old SAG Award nominee and venture capitalist gave a Facebook shout-out to their former That ’70s Show castmate, Wilmer Valderrama.

Ashton (born Christopher) featured the 38-year-old NCIS actor on his A Plus blog and gushed: ‘Wilmer, I’m so proud of you and everything you’ve accomplished.’

Valderrama told The Courier Mail last week that he’s still hoping the gang will reunite for a big-screen spin-off of the Fox sitcom (which aired 1998-2006) set a decade later at the Point Place High School reunion.

Meanwhile, Kunis will also continue voicing angsty teenager Meg Griffin in the 17th season of animated sitcom Family Guy, which premieres September 30 on Fox.
